HP-Pavilion-dv7t

The HP Pavilion dv7t first came out to the laptop market with the Intel Centrino 2 processor.  The HP Pavilion dv7t is tagged as an entertainment laptop and back when it was first released, it was highly recommended.  It had impressive specs and its stylish design made it very popular.

That was then.  But what has changed? Well, HP made an upgrade to its existing HP Pavilion dv7t series. Now, a buyer could opt to have his HP Pavilion dv7t with the high-powered Intel Core i5 processors.

Asus got a gaming laptop on the house – the awaited Asus X77.  The Asus X77 is one of the first laptops in Asus’ cache that carries two very powerful components – the Intel Core i5 processor and the ATI Mobility Radeon 5730.

As a gaming laptop, the Asus X77 is expected to unleash a smooth and seamless performance even when running hardcore and memory-hungry games.  Well, the Asus X77 could very well do so, thanks to its processor/memory combo.

The Asus X77 is powered by the Intel Core i5-430M that runs on a clock speed of 2.26 MHz.  However, when the operations need it, the Intel Core i5-430M could raise the tempo to 2.53 GHz by using the Intel’s Turbo Boost technology.  The Intel Core i5-430M could handle four threads at once, resulting to a faster and more powerful performance.   The Intel Core i5 has 3 MB Level 3 Cache.
